Shaw Technicians Jose and Curtis showed up on time as scheduled. They were willing to listen to what I had to say, describe and offer. They were courteous and professional and were able to identify the problem water leak quickly and fix it on the spot. I appreciated that they took the time to also evaluate and explain the overall condition of our water pipes and various optons / improvements we might want to consider to avoid continuing and more serious issues down the road. I would use Shaw again for any plumbing issues and/or upgrades. They do quality work and certainly know their trade.
